Methodology & Fees

As clients’ needs vary so do our resourcing methodologies, from assisting senior management during the selection and evaluation process through to retained executive search. Fees are therefore quoted according to the level and complexity of the assignment after the brief has been defined. In retained search and large-scale selection assignments fees, and expenses where applicable, are charged in instalments.
Contingency assignments are charged on success.

There are no fees to candidates.
