Established in 1986 by Bob Tyrrell, the partnership developed into its current areas of activity in 1991 when Richard Simpson set up our recruitment activity. This is now the core of the business.
We provide a flexible service in recruitment and consulting. General management, most functions and many professions are served. Specialisms include publishing, FMCG, wholesale/distribution/logistics, IT, but we cover a wide range of assignments. Clients are generally in large and medium-sized organisations, mostly generated from recommendation and repeat business. All our work is personally undertaken or overseen immediately by the partners.
From time to time we also liaise with other organisations,
researchers or consultants to work in partnership on larger, complex, or out-of-area
briefs, or to provide specialised services such as Psychometric Testing.
